What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, email, phone number, trip details and any notes you add. When you join empty-leg alerts we collect your email and the routes you choose. The price estimator runs in your browser and sends nothing to us.
Why we collect it
Only to arrange your trip: to prepare your quote, contact you about it and, if you book, share the details an operator needs to fly you (for example passenger names and, for international trips, passport details). For alerts, only to email you matching empty-leg flights.
What we never do
We never sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Who handles it
Form submissions are processed by Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection) and delivered by email through our email provider. If you book, the operator flying your trip receives the details it needs. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept while we are working with you and for up to three years for our records. Alert subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
